Sean – Dietitian

Sean is a home enteral feed dietitian. This means he supports people who have any kind of feeding tube fitted after they are first discharged home, until their feeding regime is settled. Sean works with many different patient groups, including those with MND/ALS. His grandfather had MND, so Sean has developed a keen professional interest in this area.
Recently Sean spent a week feeding via a nasogastric feeding tube. After 12 years of working with people who have different types of feeding tubes, he wanted to experience for himself what life is like with one.
